Tournament Formats

Pick a structure to view how teams enter, progress and how prize pools are shared. These presets match the way we run most esports cups on the platform.

Battle Royale Format

  • 1. A total of 25 teams compete in the event.
  • 2. Team registration is confirmed through a nominal participation charge decided for that specific tournament.
  • 3. Minimum and maximum team size is decided by the tournament's structure (solo, duo, squad).
  • 4. Champion team receives 100% of the prize share declared in the tournament brief.
  • 5. Runner up team receives 50% of the declared prize share.
  • 6. Teams ranked 3 to 10 receive 40% of the declared prize share.

Division Scores Distribution System (from sheet)

The BR scoring sheet defines Division 1 (score ≥ 1500), Division 2 (score ≥ 600) and Division 3 (default = 50). Each division has separate slabs for Winner, Runner Up, Rank 3–10 and the rest of the teams. These values are read from the tournament's division format file and applied automatically on the leaderboard.

  • • Higher division = higher prize pool applied on top of the base distribution.
  • • Higher division = lower entry fees to promote qualified teams.
  • • Division 1 tournament players will be sponsored by GearForge to participate in national level tournaments.
